Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at May Maison. We want to ensure your beautiful new pieces arrive safely and promptly. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates (U.S. Domestic)

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. Our shipping rates are calculated based on your order value:

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mollylisse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do support shipping to P.O. Boxes and military addresses; however, Expedited Shipping may not be available for these destinations. If you choose Expedited Shipping for a P.O. Box, we may contact you to adjust the shipping method.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: May Maison is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
