For the most accurate results, measure yourself over your undergarments using a flexible measuring tape.

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso), leaving the tape a bit loose for breathing room.

• Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
