To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your items meet the following criteria:
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated and items shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks.
Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and security loops (if applicable) must still be attached, and the items must be returned in their original packaging.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:
Final Sale items (clearance, promotional discounts marked as final sale)
Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
Gift cards
Please follow these simple steps to process your return:
Submit a Request: Email our support team at hello@mollylisse.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
Get Authorization: Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with a designated return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Pack and Ship: Securely pack your items and ship them back to the provided address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
⚠️ Please Note: The corporate address listed below is NOT the physical return address. Please do not ship returns there, as they cannot be processed at that location. You must wait for the designated return shipping address sent during the authorization step.
Customer Responsibility: Except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@mollylisse.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Payment Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Posting Time: Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to officially post to your account.
Due to fast-moving inventory, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style:
Follow the standard return process for your original item to get a refund.
Place a brand new order online at May Maison for the desired item.
